Skirtu was born from our passion for skirts and finding new ways to wear and combine them.
How can I combine Skirtu garments?
Skirtu's garments are designed to be freely combined. Whether you prefer a full look in the same colour, or you prefer to combine the colours of different garments to create a 100% personal look. Browse the website and you will be able to find inspiration to create your own. It all depends on your taste and creativity!
What is the brand icon?
“The Velvet Mix Skirt” is the brand’s signature garment, a two-tone skirt whose design allows you to wear it in the colour you want both front and back, and combining it with “The Velvet Mix Top” allows you to create up to 4 different looks with just 2 garments.
In addition, the collection includes jackets, bags, trousers and mini-overalls in various colours and colour combinations, so you can create an authentic and 100% personal look.
What are Skirtu's values?

Skirtu is committed to a daring and authentic woman, who likes to dress differently without giving up comfort and originality in every moment of her life.
Where do we design and manufacture our collection?
The entire collection has been designed and manufactured in Barcelona. Being close to our manufacturers allows us to better supervise production and reduce delivery times, ensuring good quality in each design and without the need to overproduce.
Can I find clothes for different occasions on Skirtu?
Yes, our collection is designed to adapt to any moment in your life, depending on your mood. You can combine the same skirt with sneakers for your day or day, or put on some heels and go to a wedding. The versatility of the collection is total!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
In general, shipments to mainland Spain arrive in between 1 and 3 business days, and to other EU destinations they can generally vary between 2 and 3 business days.
Express shipping is only available in mainland Spain at a cost of €9.5, and you will receive your package in 1-2 working days. During sales and promotions, the delivery time may be longer.
Are shipments managed sustainably?
We are committed to the environment by using eco-friendly materials in our shipments. Our boxes are made of recyclable cardboard and the envelopes are made of paper, avoiding the use of plastics.
Are deliveries made on weekends?
No, deliveries are only made on working days. Please note that shipments are not processed on public holidays in Spain and Barcelona.
What happens if my order is delayed?
During sales and promotions, delivery times may be longer than usual. Skirtu is not responsible for delays caused by the transport company. You can contact us for any incident via email at hola@skirtubcn.com
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been accepted and shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can use it to track your package and manage options such as changing the delivery address, delivery day or sending it to a collection point, all through the transport company.
What are the shipping costs in Spain and Portugal?
Spain Peninsula : €5.5 (free shipping on purchases over €100).
Balearic Islands : €6.5 (free shipping on purchases over €150).
Portugal : €6.5 (free shipping on purchases over €150)
Canary Islands and Ceuta and Melilla: We do not ship to these destinations.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, express shipping is only available in mainland Spain at a cost of €9.5, and you will receive your package in 1-2 business days.
How much does shipping cost within the European Union?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you enter the destination address. Delivery times within the European Union are 2-3 business days in most countries.
What about customs costs?
Any customs costs that apply in your country will be borne by the customer, and Skirtu is exempt from any payment related to Customs.
How can I contact you if I have questions or problems with the shipment?

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS IN SPAIN

What is the deadline for making an exchange or return?
You have 15 calendar days from receipt of the product to request an exchange or return.
How can I request an exchange or return?
For Spain: Send us an email to hola@skirtubcn.com with your order number and indicating the desired exchange. We will provide you with instructions for the courier company to pick up the package at your home. Once received, we will proceed with the shipment of the exchanged item or the refund.
For EU countries: Send us an email to hola@skirtubcn.com with your order number and indicating the desired exchange or return. We will ask you to send the order back to us along with the invoice, with the shipping company of your choice and then you can place a new order with the desired items.
What condition must the product be in to receive an exchange or refund?
The product must be in good condition, with the label attached, without stains or signs of having been used. If it does not meet these conditions, it will be returned to the customer, who will assume the costs of reshipping.
What is the cost of the first change in mainland Spain?
The first home pick-up exchange is free if the original order exceeds €100. For lower value orders, the exchange cost is €10.
What types of changes are accepted?
We accept size changes. Color changes or changes for other types of items are not permitted.
We do not accept exchanges or returns on bags.
What is the cost of returns in mainland Spain?
Returns with home collection have a cost of €7.5, applicable to a maximum of 4 items. This amount will be deducted from the refund.
How much does an exchange or return cost in the Balearic Islands?
The first exchange costs €10, and returns cost €15 per package, with a maximum of 4 items.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
The refund will be made within approximately 15-20 business days from receipt of the package at our offices, as long as the item is in good condition.
Are returns or exchanges allowed outside the European Union?
No, returns or changes of size or color are not accepted for purchases made outside the European Union.
