1. Introduction

This document contains the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this website and the conditions of purchase. Please read these Terms and our Privacy Statement carefully before placing an order. These Terms are the only terms applicable to the use of this website and supersede all other terms. You declare that, by placing your order, you have read and unreservedly accept these Terms. By using this website you agree that:

1. You may only use the Website to make legally valid inquiries or orders.

2. You may not place any speculative, false or fraudulent orders.

3. In order to place orders, you must provide us with certain information and personal data, which will be treated in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy.

4. If you do not provide us with all the information we need, we will not be able to process your order.

5. By placing an order through this Website, you warrant that you are over 18 years of age and have legal capacity.

3. Service availability and shipping

The items offered through this website are available in Spain and EU countries.

There is only one shipping option, which will be delivered to your home address.

We do not ship to PO Boxes, so you must provide us with the exact delivery address. To avoid problems if you are not at home at the time of delivery, please do not forget to provide a contact telephone number.

4. How the sale is formalized

No contract of sale will exist in relation to any product until your order has been expressly accepted by us. If your order is not accepted, the amount of your order will be refunded to you in full.

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your request. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to our acceptance. We are not obliged to accept the order and may refuse to accept it. Your purchase will only be accepted when we send you the dispatch confirmation and this will relate exclusively and solely to those products indicated in the dispatch confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply you with any other products.

We reserve the right not to accept an order in the following cases: i) in the event of a technical error and/or a typographical error in the price or other product data and, ii) in the event of unavailability of the product(s).

5. Product availability

All orders are subject to availability. If there are any difficulties with supply or stock, we may offer you substitute products of equal or different price, but if you do not wish to exchange, we will refund any amount you may have paid. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from this website at any time. We do not accept any liability for the removal or alteration of any product or content from the website.

6. Price and payment

The price of the products will be as stated on our website at any given time, except in the case of an obvious error. Although we try to ensure that all prices on the website are correct, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered and this error is obvious and manifest, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered cancelled and any amounts paid will be fully refunded. Prices on the website include VAT, but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount, as indicated in section 7.3 below.

Prices may change at any time, but will not affect orders for which we have already sent a shipping confirmation. Generally speaking, payments made by credit or debit card, Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Bizum will be accepted. Notwithstanding the foregoing, these payment methods may be extended and/or modified depending on the place where the purchase is made and the circumstances at any given time. In any case, you will have access to all updated information regarding payment methods at the time of purchase.

Payment cards will be subject to verification and authorization by the issuing entity, but if the entity does not authorize payment, we will not be responsible for any delay or lack of delivery and we will not be able to complete the sale.

7. Delivery

7.1. Delivery times

Shipments are handled by Correos, but we reserve the right to change the company at any time. The usual delivery times are 3 to 5 working days for mainland Spain, and 3-7 days for other destinations.

However, if a delay in delivery is expected and we have received this information from the transport company, we will send you a communication indicating this circumstance. To calculate the delivery time of our shipments, you must take into account that orders placed after 1:00 p.m. will begin to be prepared the following day. Orders placed on Friday after 1:00 p.m., Saturday or Sunday are prepared and will be shipped on Monday. In special periods, promotions or sales, exceptionally, delivery times may be affected. Orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse in the province of Barcelona, ​​so city and country holidays will affect delivery times.

Please note that delivery times are indicative, as indicated by Correos Express, and that in the event of delays we will not accept claims. In the event that we do not have a product from your order, we will inform you of this situation and we will refund you the proportional part of the order or we will propose an alternative.

7.2. Shipping cost

Shipping and handling costs are not included in the price.

As a general rule, for purchases of an amount greater than that indicated in the shipping conditions in each case, there will be no shipping costs and the shipping will be free. In all other cases, shipping costs vary depending on the delivery location for the different areas and are automatically calculated based on the destination. You can see the shipping costs once you have chosen your products by clicking on the shopping cart and choosing the shipping area.

For countries outside the European Union, taxes and customs duties are not included in the price of the products or the order. The carrier may charge customs fees upon delivery, in accordance with current regulations.

It should be noted that during promotional periods (sales and similar) the conditions set out in the previous paragraph may be modified. However, in any case, you will be able to track the status of your package with the courier company.

Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes, so you must provide us with the exact delivery address.

To avoid problems if you are not at home at the time of delivery, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with a contact telephone number where we can reach you.

No shipments are made to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

We reserve the right to modify the shipping price in the event of an error. In any case, the customer will be informed in advance of the difference and will be entitled to cancel or modify the order.

8. Exchanges and returns

8.1. Changes and Returns in Spain.

If you wish to make an exchange or return, you can do so within 15 calendar days after receiving the product, by sending an email to hola@skirtubcn.com with the order number and indicating the desired exchange. We will respond with instructions for the courier company to collect the package from your home.

To receive your exchange or refund, the product must be in good condition, with the tag attached, without stains or signs of having been used. If this is not the case, the product will be returned to the customer, who will assume the return costs corresponding to their location. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for handbags.

In the case of changes, only size changes will be accepted, not including color changes or exchanges for another type of item.

The first home pick-up exchange is FREE in mainland Spain when the initial order that included the item to be exchanged exceeds €100. For smaller amounts, the cost of the exchange will be €10.

Returns with home collection will cost €7.5 in mainland Spain with a maximum of 4 items, said amount will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

The cost of the first change for the Balearic Islands is €10.

The cost for returns from the Balearic Islands is €15 per package, with a maximum of 4 items.

8.2 Exchanges and Returns in European Union countries

To receive a refund, the product must be in good condition, with the tag attached, without stains or signs of having been used. If this is not the case, the product will be returned to the customer, who will be responsible for the return shipping costs corresponding to their location. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for handbags.

Once you have received the package at your home, you have 15 days to make your return. To do so, send us the package with the item and the corresponding invoice to the following address:

We will make the corresponding refund upon receiving the package back at our offices, in an approximate time of 15-20 business days.

For exchanges in EU countries, the process will be as a return, with the customer placing a new order with the desired items.

Returns and exchanges of size or colour are not accepted for purchases made in countries outside the EUROPEAN UNION or the UNITED KINGDOM.

9. Disclaimer of liability

Our liability in connection with any product purchased through our website is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product. Due to the open nature of this website and the possibility of errors in the storage and transmission of digital information, we do not warrant the accuracy and security of information transmitted or obtained through this website unless otherwise expressly stated on this website.

10. Intellectual property

You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in the materials or content supplied as part of the Website shall remain at all times vested in us.

11. Written communications

By using this website, you agree that most communications with us will be electronic. Notices to us should preferably be sent via our contact form. Notices will be deemed received 24 hours after an email is sent. If you believe you have not received them, please contact us via the contact form.

12. Divisibility

If any of these conditions or any provision is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable to any extent by any competent authority, such condition or provision shall be severed from the remaining conditions and provisions which shall remain valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Right to modify these conditions

We have the right to revise and modify these Terms at any time. Any changes made will not be retroactive.

14. Applicable legislation and jurisdiction

Sales of products through our website shall be governed by Spanish law. As a consumer, nothing in this clause shall affect the rights that you as such are granted by current legislation.
